Portrait Practise

I thought it was time to do some portrait practise. I found some photo's I like and I tried to paint them in a bit of a different way. I really enjoyed playing with the values and colours. Next up will probably be my Dark Souls inspired sketches, I'm addicted to that game!

16 hours, two characters.

I only had 16 hours to finish these two before I had to start on something else. That's why the level of polish is limited.

Sketchbook Scans - Train People

This is a collection of some of the sketches I made during a long train ride. They're all actual people, though some have been exaggerated a bit. For the first I used a Tradio Stylo pen, second one is done with a Pentel GFKP pen. Both on Windsor & Newton paper.
